How much does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping destination and shipping option you choose. When you arrive at your shopping cart page, you will see a shipping option section which can calculate the amount by entering a Postal Code or Zip Code or a Pick-up option (No fees for pick-up) 
 
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed for in stock merchandise items will be shipped on the day you selected. For deliveries requested the same day, we need to receive the order before noon (12:00). We cannot guaranty the time of delivery due to different factors like bad weather or traffic. If there is a backorder, or your required date cannot be met, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options. If you are unclear as to which option will best meet your needs please contact us.
 
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and we might have to modify your selection with equal value products. 
 
Carriers usually deliver between 10 am and 4 pm local time. If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, we will leave the package with a neighboring. Depending on weather conditions, we may leave the pakcage in a covered place outside the door and a phone message with these details. Last attempt, we will bring back the package at our shop and will contact the recipient in order to arrange with them the delivery. If the non-delivery is due to a wrong address or information, a second delivery fee will be applied.
