Preparation & Care Instructions for Gerbera: Unpack flowers immediately and remove protective packaging. Trim 1–2 inches off the stems at a 45-degree angle, repeating every 2–3 days. Place stems in a clean vase with fresh, cool water and floral preservative. Change water and add new preservative every 2–3 days. Keep flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, drafts, and vents. Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruits or vegetables. Remove any wilted or damaged petals. Use a clean vase with fresh water each time you rearrange the flowers.
